ScriptForge AI is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to generate video scripts and descriptions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated by the AI is provided for your use. You retain ownership of the prompts you provide. The Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of ScriptForge AI.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by the Service is created by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ScriptForge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
